These Terms and Conditions of Use define the rules for access to and use of the IILEYA website.
Services Offered
IILEYA offers Ecopsychology support services for individuals and companies, through individual consultations, group sessions, and online workshops.
These services aim to support anyone wishing to reconnect with the nature-psyche link, enhance emotional well-being, and explore both internal and external ecological dimensions.
Christella Monnier holds a Master’s degree in Ecopsychology.
Access to Services
Services are available by online reservation. Payment is made through a secure online payment platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Any appointment cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a partial refund will be issued: 20% of the session price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, clients have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. However, if the service is fully performed before the end of this withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, concepts) is the exclusive property of Christella Monnier and is protected under French intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Liability
IILEYA cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

Services
Christella Monnier offers ecopsychology services including individual consultations, group sessions, and online workshops for individuals and companies.
Prices
The prices of services are indicated in euros (€) including all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
The applicable price is the one displayed on the day of the order.
Payment
Payments are made online through a secure payment provider.
Details of the payment provider will be specified at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, clients have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order.
However, if the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are fully refunded.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (80% of the session price is refunded).
Liability
Christella Monnier shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use
of the services.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Christella Monnier remains her exclusive property and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In case of disputes, the parties shall attempt to reach an amicable agreement before seeking judicial remedy.
