The one-to-one counselling sessions provide a grounded, relational space to tend to your story, your body, and your becoming.

What This Space Holds

This is a warm, relational, and non-judgemental space to explore:

  • emotional overwhelm, anxiety, exhaustion,

  • repeating relational patterns,

  • grief, transitions, identity shifts,

  • burnout and chronic stress,

  • a sense of disconnection,

  • meaning, purpose, and belonging,

  • the impact of living in a crises-shaped world.

How We Work Together

Our sessions weave the ecological, narrative, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, exploring your inner and outer ecosystems.

We understand coping mechanisms not as flaws, but as meaningful adaptations.

This is a gentle, attuned work.

Every person carries an unseen story, beneath the coping, the achievements, the strength.

A story shaped by relationships, culture, place, history, lived experiences and the environments that formed them.

Sometimes, something within begins to ask for space, for breath and attention.

  • and to the parts of yourself waiting to be heard.

Transparent, simple, and flexible - we begin where you are.

Hybrid, Face-to-Face, Online sessions (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)

50 minutes

70 euros per session

Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs
